Wait for it

I was heartened to read the letter by an Ofsted inspector ('Nothing to fear', 15 November), particularly the reassurance that if the provider's senior staff were not available at the time of an unannounced inspection, a further suitable appointment would be made to discuss the paperwork. This seems to me an eminently sensible solution. I am now just waiting for confirmation from our Ofsted regional office that this is indeed the case.
