We are all betrayed in expose

I watched 'Nurseries Undercover: the real story' and cried. I've trained and worked with children for nearly 13 years. I feel betrayed by these people and disgusted by their actions, which were against every rule I was ever taught.

I've trained and worked with children for nearly 13 years. I feel betrayed by these people and disgusted by their actions, which were against every rule I was ever taught.

Managers must know what's going on within their nurseries but choose not to see it. It's easier and cheaper to look away and use ignorance as an excuse if it goes wrong. They need to understand that we are looking after the most precious thing - our children, the next generation who could be looking after us when we are old.

The short time many of the staff had been in the settings was highlighted.
