The manufacturers say that this buggy is designed for 'urban manoeuvrability', which in practice means it has a lightweight aluminum frame, is easy to fold using just one hand, has ergonomic soft grip handles and lockable, front swivel, treaded wheels. Pulse is suitable from birth and comes with a rain cover and multi-position leg rest in either 'Jet' or 'Cherry Pop'.
