* A 'non-resident' parent turning up at the nursery unexpectedly and insisting on removing the child

* A parent changing a child's name without the agreement of the other parent

* A parent alleging that the child is being abused by the other parent on contact visits and seeking the support of the provider to obtain 'evidence'

* Parents asking if supervised contact can take place in early years settings

* A parent refusing to share information about the child with the non-resident parent and objecting to the non-resident parent's attendance at open days or other nursery functions.
