As part of the nursery’s growing scientist month, children at Bright Horizons Church Crookham took part in a volcano explosion activity.
Using candyfloss to talk about volcanoes and to discuss how to be safe while taking part in the activity, the team used bicarbonate of soda and vinegar to create explosions. The children all took turns and were extremely excited to watch the mixture fizz.
