Pre-school children at Little Acorns in Urmston, Manchester have been exploring taking risks by using obstacle courses.
They designed their own courses and carried out risk assessments, before challenging themselves by climbing on what they had built.
The Little Acorns Group now has nine settings in Manchester, Warrington, West Yorkshire and Washington, as well as soft play adventure centres and creches.
