Welcome to a fresh package of your Nursery World favourites
We're really excited to bring you the first new-look, fortnightly Nursery World magazine, along with our enhanced website at www.nurseryworld.co.uk.
We're sure you're going to enjoy the new print/online package as the best and most convenient way to use all the news, information, advice and ideas that Nursery World provides for the early years sector.
This issue of the magazine has lots of your favourite feature series, such as 'All About ...', which this time focuses on calculation, Practice in Pictures and Parent's Guide. Our enabling environments article on a great sustainability project also has an extra case study online that subscribers can access.
A new monthly series of posters begins, with the ever-popular theme of Minibeasts. First up are bees, a subject of great fascination for young children.
A revamped news analysis section goes into more depth, with stories including the NDNA's survey on disparities in nursery education funding for threeand four-year-olds. Meanwhile, our News Roundup makes sure that you don't miss any of the news that has been going up daily on our website.
Online, Nursery World subscribers have exclusive access to our expanded range of Practice Guides, in which we collect together content to give you a handy way of finding all you need on common topics. New on the site are Music, Tried and Tested, and Communications.
We've also added management guides, for example '15 Hours ...,' the Inspection Journey and Achieving Outstanding, as well as careers and training guides, including a Student Zone.
Online-only content published this week includes reviews of new resources.
All this is in addition to daily online news, the chance to have your say in our forum, and the Nursery World Blog.
Do let us know what you think.
