Active Learning, an aspiring nursery chain, has paid over 1.5 million to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for a detached two-storey Regency property. The Grove House site in Bagley's Lane is a former NSPCC day nursery and will undergo extensive refurbishment. Having recently obtained 10m expansion funding from the William Pears Group, Active Learning aims to open ten nurseries in the next five years.
