An East Northumberland branch of Early Education was launched this week

An East Northumberland branch of Early Education was launched this week. Participants in its inaugural meeting in Blyth on 18 November joined in workshops that introduced them to working with treasure baskets and heuristic play. Branch chair Ruth Brooks said, 'We wanted to do something that was fun. We are aiming to hold workshop-type sessions termly and hope to focus on the sciences next.'
