Anyone for tennis?
Wednesday, September 10, 2003
During the autumn and winter months, when it's too cold to play outside, it's tempting to simply allow children to use the computer or watch a video when they come to after-school club. With Super Tramp's new range of table tennis tables it's possible to provide children with energetic activities, even if the setting has limited indoor space. There are six different tables in the range, including the Space i Saver model (above, priced 179), which is designed specifically to be used indoors. It measures 274 x 152.5cm when set up for play and 152.5 x 137.5 x 9cm when folded. If you're really pushed for space you can even split it down the middle and fold it into two parts to fit an area of just 4.5cm. If you have a sheltered area outside and you're anticipating some wintry days then you may want to consider the Compact e model which is weatherproof and folds flat in seconds. This has wheels to enable easy storage and measures 274 x 152.5cm when open and 152.5 x 158 x 69cm (maximum width at wheels) when folded for storage. Price Pounds 379.
