After 10 years working in recruitment, Freya Luxton set up Hopscotch Ltd and is converting listed former Royal Navy buildings in Gosport, Hampshire, into a 70-place day nursery, which will open in a few weeks. 'I have two young children, and after running my own recruitment company for 18 months I wanted to do something where I could apply my background and skills but which would also suit my lifestyle more,' says Freya.
