Childminders rise to new regulations

Most childminders in Wales are now meeting regulation requirements, amid a continued rise in daycare standards across the country, according to the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSIW) annual report. Rob Pickford, chief executive of CSIW, said, 'The most significant improvements in Wales are in daycare services for under-eights.
