The Kaos Signing Choir for Deaf and Hearing Children, which performed the National Anthem at the Olympics opening ceremony this summer, is hoping to top the charts with a moving version of 'True Colors'.

The choir of children aged from four to 18, based in north London, features in the video of the song with the British Paraorchestra and Paralympic athletes including swimmer Ellie Simmonds.

The Kaos Signing Choir for Deaf & Hearing Children is an award-winning integrated project for children. The choir regularly performs original Songs Of Kaos, all written by or especially for the group, incorporating singing and British Sign Language interpretation.

The 200-strong choir has performed for Princess Anne and has been featured on BBC2’s See Hear and BBC Radio 3’s The Choir. Other performances include The Royal Festival Hall, the International Youth Arts Festival at The Rose Theatre Kingston, the Barbican Centre and the Great Hall at Alexandra Palace with the London Welsh Male Voice Choir.

This year has been an amazing one for the Kaos Signing Choir. As well as a starring role in Danny Boyle's Olympic opening ceremony, watched by millions around the world, Archbishop Desmond Tutu became global patron of the charity.

You can download 'True Colors' from ITunes to help it become the Christmas number one!

And see the choir on BBC One's The One Show at 7pm on Wednesday 19 December.
