Keren Brooke from Ipswich was named overall Play Specialist of the Year, and Judy Walker from London was honoured as Distinguished Play Specialist of the Year. * A rooftop playground is to be added to an infant's school in Chadwell Heath, Essex, as part of its 1.7m transition into a children's centre. The school will also benefit from a new hall with four classrooms built on top. The playground area is to be fenced with wooden canes to be both safe and natural in appearance.
