The Eastern Leadership Centre, based in Cambridge, is offering a range of workshops targeted at children's centre leaders and those involved in multi-agency working.
'Expanding your circles of influence' (6 July) is designed to help practitioners develop confidence and skills in dealing with external organisations and contacts, such as LAs, schools and health services. For those who want to help improve staff performance, 'Delivering effective supervision' provides ideas and practical strategies.
