Managers of early years settings can benefit from five three-day conferences organised by the National Day Nurseries Association. 'Managing Your Childcare Team' will cover how to recruit, induct, develop and retain good quality staff. It is to be held in Preston (5 to 7 March), South Lake District (12 to 14 March), Huddersfield (19 to 21 March), Nottingham (26 to 28 March) and Bristol (28 to 30 March).
