National College steps up NPQICL

The National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership (NPQICL) is currently being strengthened to give it broader appeal.
The college is examining how it can further develop the qualification with a modular approach to the existing programme, to appeal more to aspiring leaders and give more options for those already in post who may wish to study it.
A total of 2,378 participants have graduated from the programme since 2006, and the college is receiving funding to provide 800 places over the next two years.
