Dutch nursery group Partou, the seventh largest chain in the UK, has acquired Wonder Years Nursery in Coventry.
It is the first setting to join the group since the merger of Just Childcare and All About Children under the brand earlier this year.
With the acquisition of 142-place Wonder Years Nursery, Partou, which is the biggest childcare group in the Netherlands, now has 106 settings in England.

With the deal, the group now has 27 settings.
The move forms part of Happy Day Nurseries and Pre-schools plans to expand.

Not only have we had the exclusive opportunity to work with the directors whose values and beliefs of providing children with the very best care and education align with our own, it has also allowed us to expand into new areas of the country.
‘The staff team at all three settings will remain in place and we are looking forward to working with them, to continue to provide quality childcare, ensuring all children have the best possible start in life.’
