Quick chocolate tiramisu

Ingredients: * 1 dessert spoon drinking chocolate powder
* 1 dessert spoon drinking chocolate powder
* 2 tbsp caster sugar
* 500g mascarpone
* 300g ready-made custard
* 150g sponge fingers
* sprinkles of hundreds and thousands
Children's age: all ages
Makes: serves 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes plus 30 minutes to chill
T = together A = adult
A Fill the kettle with water and bring to the boil.
A Pour 150ml boiled water into a deep dish.
T Stir in the drinking chocolate and sugar until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
T Take a large bowl and beat the mascarpone until soft, then fold in the custard until well combined.
T Dip the base of the biscuits in the chocolate mixture, then line them up in the base of a glass serving dish.
T Cover the biscuits with half of the mascarpone and custard mixture.
T Sprinkle with a thin layer of hundreds and thousands.
T Cover the hundreds and thousands with the remaining mascarpone and custard mixture, then sprinkle with another layer of hundreds and thousands.
T Cover the dish with cling film and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
