Position: Deputy manager at Kiddi Caru nursery in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
- How did you come to do the nursery's marketing and PR?
I've always been interested in marketing. I've been promoting events at the nursery, getting parents involved and doing a lot of things for charity to raise the profile of the setting.
- What success have you had?
Last year, we were featured in the local newspaper 18 times and this year I have already secured us ten to 12 stories.
- How long have you worked at the nursery?
I started working for Kiddi Caru seven years ago and worked my way up from nursery nurse to room leader, supervisor, and then deputy manager. I hope to continue to progress within the setting.
