What made you decide to do a skydive for charity?

I've always wanted to do a skydive and for my 21st birthday my parents gave me the opportunity to do so. I decided to use the skydive to raise money for Rosie's Rainbow Fund, a charity set up in memory of my school friend, Rosie Mayling, by her parents who run a theatre school I used to go to.

How did it go?

It was amazing. During the skydive I saw a rainbow, which I believe may have been Rosie wishing me luck. The name for the charity came to me after a rainbow appeared at Rosie's funeral and ever since then one appears at every fundraising event. I would definitely do a skydive again. It has also inspired me to want to do other thrill-seeking activities such as a bungee jump and swimming with sharks.

How much money have you raised for the charity?

My initial target was £300, but once my total exceeded that I increased my target to £500. I have now raised £573.
