Position: Lead internal verifier at Smart Training
- What is the Smart Training online training academy and when did it launch?
We launched the academy this September across all of our programmes. Its purpose is to allow learners to access a range of resources to support and stimulate their learning. Through the online training academy students can access information, workbooks, videos, games or quizzes.
- What does your role involve?
I oversee the whole academy and use it when I am tutoring to implement learning. The academy is continually growing and we are always looking for ways to improve it.
- How long have you been at Smart Training?
I've worked here for over nine years and been a lead internal verifier for the last two and a half years, a role which is constantly developing.
