The most popular toys this Christmas look set to be Barbie Swan Lake for girls, and the return of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for boys, according to the British Association of Toy Retailers. Chairwoman Val Stedham said, 'Like fashion, the popularity of toys goes in cycles. So it's not surprising that those which thrilled children 20 years ago can still appeal to kids today.' Other toys in the list of predicted favourites for Christmas are Lego Bionicles, Hasbro's Micro Babies, a follow-up to last year's Micro Pets, and radio-controlled Beyblades.
