Eating Well and Keeping Fit

Children at the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) Pembury Nursery in Hackney have been learning about staying fit and healthy.
The chef has been talking to children about healthy food options and there have been lots of opportunities for different types of exercise and keep-fit activities in the outdoor learning environment. This was extended by a trip to the local park where the children enjoyed lots of risky play.
