Sixty under-fours from childminding groups in Leeds raised enough money to feed all 200 pupils at Kawale Primary School in Malawi for a year by taking part in sponsored toddles.
Daniel Adams, head of fundraising at Mary's Meals, the school-feeding charity that received the money, said, 'It's especially heartening to see children so young working towards a better future for their counterparts in Malawi.'
