The children at Safehands nursery in Penrith enjoyed picking the ripe fruit from their garden fruit trees, making their own berry smoothies and adding fruit to ice cream.
The nursery also teaches the children the safety of fruit and berries on trees, and to make sure they ask adults before eating them.
