The theme of this year's Journal of Family Health Care event is 'Taking a holistic approach to well-being and resilience in children and young people'. Throughout the day there will be four seminar streams running covering foundation stones for mental health and resilience, physical wellbeing through healthy food and exercise, managing medical conditions and safeguarding our children.
