The first national early years music week, designed to educate parents about the benefits of music for children’s development, takes place between 28 January and 1 February.
The free event, open to children from birth to five and their parents/carers, has been organised by the founder of Rhyme Time Kathy Doolan.
Parents, carers and children can attend one of the five sessions taking place throughout the week.
Each day has a theme: Maraca Monday, Triangle Tuesday, Wood Block Wednesday, Tambourine Thursday and Fun Friday.
