Otto is an illustration in a children’s book but likes to walk off the page in search of adventure. Then one day the family in the house where he lives moves to another home, leaving Otto behind. He packs his bag and heads out in to the daunting city in search of a new home of his own, which he finds in a library, along with a host of new illustrated friends.
