I have been a childminder for over 20 years. When I started childminding I thought I was self employed and all the input I would have from the Government would be to check my registration and first aid. When did I become employed by the Goverment? From September they will tell me what I have to do with my children. I can see that we will go back to the old days when people did not bother to register.
