TV chef Ainsley Harriott opened a new nursery for the Happy Times group in Fulham, London, at the end of February. Following four years of development and an investment of 4.5m, the nursery provides a unique physical environment with dynamic lighting and colour therapy. There are 170 places for children aged from three months to five years.
