The world-famous nanny-training centre was asked to devise a childcare training course for cabin crew on routes between London, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Sydney. The course includes learning about children's physical, cognitive, language, emotional and social development, managing children's behaviour in a positive manner and providing suitable activities for young children when airborne. Each member of the Gulf Air cabin crew to successfully complete the course is awarded the Sky Nanny badge. Norland College principal Kay Crosse said the initiative 'will be of great benefit to many young children and their families flying with Gulf Air'. Photo courtesy of Gulf Air
