A Ask yourself, 'What kind of manager am I?' If you prefer to go it alone, buy in some admin assistance and share your workload in this way. However, there are real benefits to really delegating some of your work as employees, whether there are two, 20 or 200 of them, have a huge amount of ideas, skills and experience to offer a business. It is terrible arrogance on the part of managers to assume they have all the answers.
