A problem shared

If you would like to find out how other nursery managers might respond to a problem that you are facing, then write giving details to: A Problem Shared, Nursery World, Admiral House, 66-68 East Smithfield, London E1W 1BX. Q Two of our families are at war. Their older children attend the same school and their youngest our nursery. The problem is that one father has developed an obsessive dislike of the other family, largely because their child at our nursery has learning difficulties, but I suspect their differing ethnic origins may be a factor as well. The families have clashed at both nursery and school and police even had to be called on one occasion. What should we do?
