Bear came out of his Big Blue House as the children's television character joined guests at last month's opening of the first-ever centre in Wales for children with speech and language difficulties. The I CAN Early Years Centre for Pembrokeshire aims for an integrated approach, with a speech and language therapist working with early years teachers in three separate schools, to reduce the number of children entering school with severe speech and language difficulties, and support those who do.
