Social justice minister Jackie Baillie announced the creation of the new Breakfast Service Challenge Fund on a visit to a breakfast project at St Martin's primary school, Glasgow, this week. Ms Baillie said the Executive would be undertaking a review to examine what type of clubs exist, where they are, how they are funded, where demand is greatest and what challenges they face. The review will recommend a framework for services and help the Executive decide how best to target the challenge fund.
