Qualifications: Level 2 & 3 in Early Years Care and Education.
Best experience and skills gained: I was given the opportunity to gain experience in different areas, working as a kids' co-ordinator, which entails looking after 5- to 17-year-olds, learning the role as kids' club manager, and gaining experience in different clubs.
