Ingredients:
450g minced lamb or beef 1tbsp olive oil 1 onion 1 tin chopped tomato 2 carrots 1tsp Worcestershire sauce 100g frozen peas 100g grated cheddar cheese 4 old potatoes 2tbsp milk a knob of butter a pinch of salt and pepper

Makes: Serves 4
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 30-40 minutes

A Preheat the oven to 200oC.
A Peel and chop the onion, carrot and potato.
T Place the chopped potatoes in a saucepan in enough cold water to cover.
Season with a pinch of salt.
A Place the pan of water over a high heat and bring slowly to the boil.
