Ingredients:
450g Pork, Quorn, or chicken or turkey sausages, 25g cooking margarine, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 1tbsp tomato puree, 11/2 pt vegetable or chicken stock, 1 tbsp plain flour, pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 100g frozen peas

A Pre-heat the grill.
T Prick the sausages all over with a fork.
A Place the sausages under the high grill heat and brown them on all sides.
A Peel and finely chop the onion and carrot.
