Customer satisfaction with the Criminal Records Bureau is at an all time high, with 94 per cent of customers saying they are happy with the service.
Research published last week, by Ipsos MORI with organisations andindividuals who use the service, found CRB checks have prevented 98,000unsuitable people from working with children and vulnerable adults inthe past five years. Attitudes towards the CRB among the general publicshow overwhelming support for the checks.
