'It started as something that I wanted to give to teachers, something that I felt that they could benefit from when the school system is stretching them so much,' explains June.

'I created a programme that I could put sensitively into the hands of teachers who would be able to manage it and handle it.

'I'm not making them yoga teachers; what I'm giving them is yoga that they can use in the classroom.'
