Early Education celebrates its 80th anniversary

Early Education, the charity for early years practitioners and parents, is celebrating its 80th anniversary with the Great Outdoors Art Exhibition at the Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green, London. Children aged eight and under are invited to send in their art works to show a special outdoor place, an outdoor object or how they feel about being outdoors. Entries should be sent to Early Education by 31 May, including photos or children's descriptions of the creative process. Sculptor Antony Gormley will view all the artworks and open the exhibition from 12 July at the museum (tel: 020 8983 5201). Contact Early Education on 020 7539 5400 or www.early-education.org.uk.
