Leading a team

Standard 36 sits within the section 'Teamwork and Collaboration'. This section contains three other standards through which EYPs must demonstrate they are able to establish a collaborative and co-operative working culture, ensure colleagues understand their role, are able to plan appropriately, and influence and shape the policies and practice of the setting.
