In brief...Delegates from South

Delegates from South Africa visited Northern Ireland this month for ideas on helping children deal with social conflict. They took part in a seminar entitled 'Transforming schools, transforming societies', organised by Community Conflict Impact on Children, a Belfast organisation focusing on the impact of the sectarian conflict there on children and young people. It followed a similar event in Cape Town last September when a party of 14 children and young people from Northern Ireland discussed best practice in working with children in violently-divided societies.
