Nigel Williams, Northern Ireland's Commissioner for Children and Young People, has launched an online diary, or 'blog' to record his meetings with children, young people and the organisations representing them. The blog lets me record right away some of the meetings I attend in a way that a traditional letter or even a website could not.'
