Inclusive research

I am a nursery nurse in my final year of studying for an Early Years Education Studies degree, and working towards the award of Qualified Teacher Status. For my dissertation I am conducting research into the effective inclusion of children with Down's syndrome in mainstream schools. This will also be of benefit within my own setting, where we are preparing to admit a child with Down's syndrome into the nursery.

This will also be of benefit within my own setting, where we are preparing to admit a child with Down's syndrome into the nursery.

I am seeking the views of both parents and practitioners, and would be very grateful if anyone with experience of working with children with Down's syndrome would share their thoughts regarding 'good practice', and complete a questionnaire for me.

I can be contacted by e-mail at clregan@tinyworld.co.uk or by writing to me at the address below.
