An organisation to raise standards and create better communication between agencies had its official launch at the Professional Nanny conference on 2 October. The Association of Nanny Agencies has been set up by a group of agencies to develop a code of practice for good service and keep its members supplied with up-to-date information and support. Its code includes requirements that parents hiring nannies provide a clear job specification.
