If you're a hopeful for the Professional Nanny of the Year award you only have until 27 August to get a past or present employer to nominate you for the trophy, cash and holiday prizes. Candidates must be currently employed as a nanny, have two years experience and be qualified to level 3. The award is being created by the Professional Association of Nursery Nurses to recognise the important role nannies play in providing childcare to thousands of families.
