(Photograph) - Josephine Adlard of St Martin's Church of England Infants School in Salisbury, Wiltshire, was named Learning Support Assistant of the Year in the third annual Teaching Awards, celebrated in a ceremony at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London. The judges said Josephine 'instinctively creates the right climate for children to learn'. At the school she is especially involved with children who have special needs.
