(Photograph) - A hundred thousand postcards, like the one here, will be sent to staff at major companies, GPs and EYDCPs this month as part of a new campaign by Kids' Clubs Network to mobilise parents up and down the country to start their own out-of-school clubs. With the backing of the new Sure Start Unit, KCN has produced a guide, advising parents not only on what to look for when choosing a club, but how to set one up themselves.
